Among the indigenous varieties, this variety is the most represented. It produces authentic and generous wine only in suitable vineyard locations. Without exaggeration and too many words, this variety carries the DNA of the Vipava people. As a rule, it is present in regional white wines, there is always a glass of this wine on the bar of traditional inns with local dishes or simply for chatting.
