Sivi pinot

The « pinot gris » of this vintage is a very colorful, deep, captivating wine. It is built on power but has a very nice balance. Totally dry, both long and invigorating, it is the ideal wine to accompany a whole meal. It needs to be decanted the day before tasting or kept for a long time in the cellar.
