Plešivica

It is the name of our hill, so we wanted to name our blend of our two grape varieties (Riesling and Pinot Gris) in this way. Each complements the other with its qualities: roundness and liveliness in the always elegant style of Clos wines. A wine with immediate charm that also knows how to age. South exposure vineyard on a steep slope, our very sandy terroir on the surface with marl in depth is ideal for the production of lively, elegant wines with long aging potential. This cuvée resulting from the blend of our grape varieties combines all the qualities: the liveliness of Riesling and the roundness of Pinot Gris. It needs to be waited for a long time or decanted the day before tasting.
